This page explains which personal data we process when you visit www.moocky.tn or contact us, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It is also our cookie policy.

01Who is responsible for your data
Moocky, a web and mobile development studio based in Tunis, Tunisia, publishes www.moocky.tn and is the controller of the personal data collected on it. For any question about your data: contact@moocky.tn · WhatsApp +216 57 151 726.
02What we collect, and when
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type and your message.
- WhatsApp or email: the details you choose to share when you write to us.
- Free website audit: the address of the site you analyse. We don't ask for personal data; your IP address is used for a few minutes to limit abuse (number of audits per network) and is not stored.
- Browsing: with your consent, Google Analytics and Meta cookies (see “Cookies”). Without it, only anonymous, cookieless statistics (Vercel Web Analytics: page views and number of contact requests; Vercel Speed Insights: how fast pages display) and the hosting provider's technical logs (IP address, browser), used for security.
- Back-office: session cookies, for the Moocky team only.
We never ask for sensitive data (health, opinions…): please don't include any in your messages.

We don't sell your data, we don't add you to any mailing list, and we make no automated decisions about you.
05Who receives your data
Only the Moocky team members who handle your request can access it, with personal, protected accounts. Our service providers process some data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.
- Supabase Inc.: database and authentication (contact requests).
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd, Google LLC): Google Analytics, only with your consent.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: Meta pixel, only with your consent.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We never sell or rent your data.
06Where your data is processed
Moocky is based in Tunisia, so your requests are handled from Tunisia. Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the safeguards they offer: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for certified US companies, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
07How we protect it
Encrypted connections only (HTTPS with HSTS), access to contact requests restricted to authorised team members by database access rules, no personal data in page addresses, regular updates. If a data breach put you at risk, we would notify the competent authority and, where required, the people concerned.
08Your rights
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or erased;
- restrict its use or object to it, including to any commercial follow-up;
- receive it in a machine-readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- in France, set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us from the address or number you used: contact@moocky.tn · WhatsApp +216 57 151 726. We reply within one month. We only ask for proof of identity if we have a reasonable doubt.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country: in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr); in Tunisia, the Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles (INPDP).
09Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data about children under 15.
10Applicable rules and changes
This policy applies the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) to visitors in the European Union, and Tunisian Organic Law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data. We update it when our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version. If we add a new kind of tracker, we will ask for your consent again.
